The aim of the Science Department is to develop inquisitive pupils who are ready to research and discover how the world around them works. Our curriculum allows pupils to discover how our universe and organisms within it work together. We develop pupils to be good citizens who appreciate the human effects on the planet and how science can be used to solve problems in the world. We develop vital practical and investigative skills that allow them to ask questions about what they discover. The department combines the teaching of Biology, Chemistry and Physics whilst also developing digital and technology skills through effective collaboration with other STEM departments.
